Student Service Agreement

1. Parties Involved

This Student Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by NexaVerse Student Support Services ("NexaVerse") and the individual student ("Student"), collectively referred to as "the Parties." The Student agrees to engage NexaVerse for the provision of services outlined below.

2. Services Provided

NexaVerse agrees to provide the following services to the Student:

• Accommodation assistance, including arranging short-term and long-term housing options in Australia.
• Airport transfer services, including pickup and drop-off from the airport.
• General student support, including guidance on student life, health services, and local community resources.
• Any additional services as agreed upon by both parties and outlined in the registration process.

3. Student Responsibilities

The Student agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to personal details, travel information, and academic enrollment.
• Ensure that all required documentation, including visa and academic information, is submitted in a timely manner.
• Pay for the services rendered according to the agreed pricing structure and payment schedule.
• Comply with Australian immigration laws and the regulations applicable to international students during their stay.

4. Payment Terms

The Student agrees to pay for the services as outlined in the registration process and/or as outlined on the NexaVerse website. Payments are due prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed upon. NexaVerse reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received on time.

5. Data Privacy and Consent

The Student agrees to allow NexaVerse to collect and store personal information for the purpose of providing the requested services. This data will be handled in accordance with the NexaVerse Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. The Student also consents to the sharing of necessary personal information with third-party vendors for service fulfillment, such as accommodation providers and airport transfer services.

The Student has the right to request access to their personal data and to correct any inaccuracies, subject to Australian privacy laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

While NexaVerse takes every precaution to provide high-quality services, it is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from circumstances outside of its control, such as delays in accommodation arrangements or third-party service failures. NexaVerse’s liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the Student for the services rendered.

7. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding amounts owed for services rendered will become immediately due. NexaVerse will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused due to termination or discontinuation of services.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between the Parties regarding this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal discussions. If the dispute is not resolved, the Parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation or arbitration in Australia, in accordance with Australian law.

9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By accepting this Agreement, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
